Hazy orange/amber body with an off-white head. Mostly a citrus/hops aroma. A hint of jasmine that I recognized from my incense days but not very much. Pleasant citrus tang, medium sweetness.

Nice amber color, small white head that has a good hang time then fades to leave little behind. The aroma citrus and fruity with an aroma that is i guess flowery,The flavor was not bad at all with a nice flavor of citrus and light malt, some pine notes and a flavor that i guess i can only decsribe as jasmine.Which is not bad but definately makes this an interesting brew.Strange brew all the way but it’s worth trying.

Thanks Chuck. The beer pours to a clean bright golden body with a thick lasting gorgeous rocky white head. The aroma is jasmine rice. The flavor is jasmine rice and toffee. Decent malt. A little drying on the palate. Medium bodied. Extremely different than any other beer I’ve ever had.

clear amber gold. Scotch-like color with some light bubbly head. Aroma is sweet watermelon hops with some sweet motherly perfume. Its okay, a little sweet. Flavor is sort of the same. Balanced a slightly different IPA.

looks like scotch.. w/ a decent off white head and some visable carbonation. light Floral aroma hints of the jasmine flower and not much else. Palate is pretty average. Flavor is heavily jasmin and sweet honeys maybe flower nectars. Very light and floral hopped in the finish. An odd little beer, but not bad.

Bomber. Gold with a smear of white foam across the top. Sweet flowery nose--before the bottle cap hits the counter you’ll understand where the name came from. It’s a no-doubt sweet soft nectar aroma. Medium to high carb, but it’s a loving bubble. Nicest moutfheel I can think of in a beer off the top of my head. Very sweet attack and finish; the mid-palate has tons of malt presence and added sugars to boot. This beer genuinely has dried jasmine flowers in it, but I can’t really say it tastes like jasmine, because I know if I read that I would have no idea what it might mean. So it tastes honey sweet, I guess you could say. Lovely stuff. Just one small step into sweetness for it to be truly refreshing, but I love these mildly sweet beers when the spirit moves.

This is a hard call. It’s an enjoyable ale, but the name had me looking forward to an IPA. Nice look, a clear amber/orange with a sustained white head. The aroma is predominantly sweet jasmine over a caramel malt. The flowery scents drown out any detectable hop presence. The flavor is a skillful blending of smoothly sweet malts and the perfumey jasmine. Nice taste. And there, in the finish at last, is an herbal and floral bitterness, some of it presumably from the hops. Good drink, and it may be an IPA, but if so, it’s well cloaked in secrecy.

this beer has a great nose, of grassy flowery hops combined with...jasmine. sweet flowers that mingle nicely together. slightly more mild on the palate then expected but a good citrus hop flavor wiht the jasmine still sitting in the foreground of the palate. nicely balanced. propbably more of a pale ale then an ipa. good easy drinking.
