Sammy (3934), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 30, 2009 Bottle from Premiere Gourmet. Pours medium yellow with a siginificant white foaming head. Sweet floral smelling. Very easy mouthfeel and a surprisingly good drinker. A 500 ml. is perfect, a 750 ml. is still good. Satisfying. A nice bitterness. arrogantb (695), Denver, Colorado, USA Jul 30, 2009 On tap at the Falling Rock, $5 per pint. The smell was nothing special or out of the ordinary, smells like an average IPA. The flavor however was something quite different, very floral from the jasmine I guess and then flavors of grapes and grape bubble-yum, weird but delicious. Overall, this was a good choice although I bet the jasmine would wear me out if I had more than one.

Snappy hop bite blended seamlessly with the aromatic jasmine. Had some hot and spicy characteristics to give it some edge. Malts were that of toasted bread, dark caramel and toffee. Healthy amount of plant-like bitterness followed. Interesting beer. waolsen (1220), Littleton, Colorado, USA Jul 22, 2009 bottle. copper pour with thin head. funky strange aroma is sour and full of hop oil. crisp and bitter, light and herbal. well balanced but uninspiring. SamGamgee (1396), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA Jul 16, 2009 22oz, 6.3% bottle from City Beer. I was pretty psyched to see this on the shelf. Gold with a light toasty orange tint and a lasting white head. Floral jasmine over toasty malt biscuit, and some ripe fruity notes in the aroma. The flavor has some jasmine and light hops with some sweet toasty malt and a fruity feel. Low on the bitterness with a medium-light body. Interesting jasmine flavors but this is hardly an IPA theisti (1638), Leawood, Kansas, USA Jul 6, 2009 22 oz bottle purchased at 99 Bottles in Federal Way, Washington. SEPT 04 09 printed on label. Pour is hazed golden yellow with nice swirling settling building up a full 2 inch white head. Fair amount of lacing. Really pretty beer. Aroma is soft inviting floral hops and perfumy Jasmine. Some orange tangerine sweetness and toasty malt rounds out the nose. Nice gentle and fresh nose. Taste is grainy, bitter resin hops with the tangerine sweet (and slight sour) poking through. The Jasmine is present in the middle to finish, lending a nice earthy perfume element. The finish is dry, hop bitter and a little wet dirt. Aftertaste is long and dusty. Palate is medium, lighter carbonation. Interesting and drinkable beer. Slipstream (734), USA Jul 1, 2009 On tap at Rattle’n’Hum. Light, lemony aroma. This is a pretty sweet, malty IPA that is easy with the hops. A dash of floral and spice flavors. A little light, but good. iowaherkeye (1832), Bakersfield, California, USA Jul 1, 2009 22oz no date from Bottle Barn--the latest Elysian they got! Clear golden orange with a one finger creamy off-white head, good retention. Light flower petals atop some biscuity malts and lighter caramel notes. Not much in the malt realm thus far. The flavor is pretty much the same with maybe a hint more jasmine. The finish is semi-dry with bitterness around a 3 at best. Medium body with light prickly carbonation. This was way more like an APA
