3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma of floral (hop?) and malt. Ripe apricot color with a white head that doesnít immediately film and leaves lace trace. Thin to medium body. Strong hint of jasmine flavor (kind of like the tea). A real kick in the mouth. Light fruity sweetness balanced by lots of bitter. Seems like more that 40 IBUs. The finish is nicely balanced sweet and bitter. Incredibly enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a hazy copper color with an average off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Good floral, earthy hoppy and herbs aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Moderate Jasmine bittersweet flavor with a moderate smooth bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew with spicy food.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours clear orange with an average, frothy ivory head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (caramel, toasted, cereal), heavy hops (floral, herbal, grassy), and average esters (apple/pear) with heavy notes of jasmine. Flavor is average malt (caramel, toasted, cereal), heavy hops (floral, herbal, grassy), and average esters (apple/pear) with notes of perfumed jasmine. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation, low creaminess with a dry finish. The jasmine is way overdone in this beer, leaving it a perfume bomb that I could not finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: NOV 6, 2006 Draft...Mid-GABF í06 at Falling Rock Tap House, Denver... Hazy orange ale with a mid-sized, tight, white head. Terrific retention. Reserved, citrusy, floral aroma with a whisper of biscuit. Excellent balance in flavor... evenly malty, bitter and tangy; straight across the board. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Dry finish. I didnít pick up on any jasmine in the aroma.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured a dark amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Some floaters. Aromas of jasmine (duh) with some oranges. Tastes of jasmine, oranges, with almost a honey sweetness to it. I donít really get any bitterness out of this one (didnít really strike me as an IPA). Weaker body.

Gold pour. Light head. Floral hops lead the way with some citrus backing as well. The jasmine flowers are an odd addition. I would have never guessed what I was tasting, but I donít think i really liked it. It just didnít seem to meld with the hops right. Some caramel malt balanced this one a little.
