Pale, touch cloudy. Phenomenal nose, I could smell this beer for hours! Wonderful balance between the hops and the floral component, with a whif of pale malt goodness to tie it all together. The jasmine aroma translated nicely onto the palate. A very successful beer that I expected to dislike.

A bit of an unusual touch for this brew. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a dense, creamy off white head. The nose is floral and herbal with a dose of citrus and resin based hops. The middle has a light caramel and honey sweet malt, toasted lightly with a blend of floral notes. The finish is moderately bitter and dry with a mild jasmine note that lingers on. An interesting brew for sure, but not quite my cup of tea

An American IPA done right, Avatar Jasmine is another outstandingly aromatic brew, with grass, herbs and a bit of candy combining with the flowers. Pours a slightly clouded yellow, with a foamy, medium head that sticks around. Palate echoes the nose, but more so. Citrus hops blend into the jasmine, sharp and smooth at once without jousting for supremacy. Full, smooth mouth drops off a bit at the end, and hop bitterness comes through, but wrapped in flowers and yeast. A well-conceived and thoughtfully made beer, very sessionable.

Bomber into a glass. Clear golden pour. Looks like a pils. Aroma is cereal and floral with light grassiness. Definitely a pleasant jasmine aroma. Problem is the jasmine melds with the other aromas and makes some...similar to skunkiness. Taste is clean and lightly floral. Light bitterness. Not bad...nothing special and slightly unbalanced.

Bomber - pours a hazy golden color. The aroma is heavy on the jasmine with a background of malt, hops and wheat. Great jasmine flavor on top of a mild hoppy IPA. Delicious with spicy Chinese food. Very different beer....quirky but lovable.

Pours a pale hazy amber, small white head with minimal retention. Smell is grass, jasmine, floral, vanilla and caramel. Taste is initially a slight maltiness, followed quickly by floral and grapefruit notes, and fading out into a lingering taste of jasmine. Slightly creamy in body, softly carbonated, with a long and slightly astringent finish. Surprisingly refreshing as well. Quite enjoyed this, unique but very well balanced.

On tap at Dig Bar. It pours a deep amber gold with a biscuity malty aroma with light floral notes. The taste is an Amazingly floral flavor - tons of jasmine & biscuity malts. Medium bodied with a zesty mouthfeel. If you like fruit or floral beers this is great stuff.

"cool beer...somewhere between a pale and an IPA, which prevents me from rating it a touch higher, but it was a little low on the hops, especially in the aroma, for an IPA. A little light in color as well. However, the beer is balanced wonderfully between the fruity hops and the jasmine. The flavor and finish is excellent, and very very smooth. Nice body. The aroma is quite pleasant, but not quite assertive enough. Delicate is a great word to describe this beer. Quite interesting and worth a shot, but falls short of greatness."

Medium retention and medium lacing. Smells of jasmine, floral and vegetable. Tastes of strong jasmine, creamy vegetables and hops. Sweet, creamy aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy brilliant orange with one finger of white head diminishing gradually to a moderate cap, well-defined lacing. Nose is bright jasmine, floral hops, light sweet and bready malts. Taste starts out bready and caramel sweetness, quickly followed by floral and citrus hops. Medium body, medium to low carbonation, and mild lingering bitterness. I gotta say, I like this a whole lot more than I thought I would. The delicate jasmine flower aroma works very well with the Amarillo hops so that even though itís only 40 IBU, the hoppy floral presence holds its own very well against the sweet malt background. The appearance is quite nice as well - yeah, itís cloudy, but that doesnít bother me, and the head is very well-behaved, trapping the floral hoppy aroma and generating a perfect lacing ring for nigh-on every sip. Iíd like a little more perkiness from the carbonation, but otherwise the mouth feel is spot-on.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour thin white head. So I had a good memory of visiting Elysian in Seattle and then I had this beer collab from Thwaites during a JDW festival and was a bit dissapointed so I was interested to see what this would bring. Drunk with some haddock fillets. Sweetish aroma. Some jasmine flavour no doubt. Some good hops too though. The jasmine and hops are quite delicate so I can see why they ended up a bit soapy on the Thwaites version. This though is fresh and delicate. The jasmine is far more pronounced. Do I like it? Yes. Some decent bitterness on the finish. Itís good. Doesnít excite me, but itís a decent jasmine accented fresh ipa.
