Really nice aroma, very floral and fruity. Definitely given a Thai treatment. The mouthfeel could be more lively though. Would actually like to have this pumped with nitro.

Draft at the brewpub in Seattle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a two finger off white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Glass is left coated with soapy lacing. Sweet citrus hops and estery light fruit notes in the nose along with some pale malt and bread.  Juniper berries stand out alongside subtle earthy, grassy notes.  Hints of grapefruit, pineapple and lemon but it takes a while to open up. Medium bodied but fuller than expected with a strong yeast component as well as a complex hop profile.  Some sweetness from the juniper but I wouldn’t have guessed it was in there.  Some dry, piny bitterness countered by tropical fruit and Belgian yeast. Apple and banana alongside pineapple and lemon peel. Finishes pretty dry.  A bit too much yeast and needs some more sweetness for me. Still pretty good.

Tanned body, crisp head. Skunky, but nice grapefruity and co-humulone smells waft from the glass. Grassy body, green, fresh, and reminiscent of late, warm, lazy summer days. Dry, extract sugar finish.

Light gold and cloudy with a frothy white head. Tropical hop aroma. Flavor is somewhat muted up front but then the tropical and citrus comes in halfway through. Smooth and well balanced. Another subtly different hoppy beer from Elysian.

Hazy blonde. Rocky head. Lychee and bright fruit aroma. Moderate bitterness with light tropical fruit notes. Minimal malt character and quite a refreshing finish.

Draft @ Elysian Fields. Clear gold. Nice lace. Poignant grassy hop citra is so nice. Leaves. Grasses, fun resinous bitterness. Citra is its own thing that’s for sure. Easy quaffable good and characterful array of hops in pale malt backbone.

Hazy orange, white head. Has a juniper heavy aroma, lemon and berry notes, nice and fruity. Dry toasty malty backbone with nice tropical fruity tones, lots of juniper, lemon zest and spruce bitterness as it finishes. Excellent, I love juniper and it blends very well with the Sorachi Ace.

Draft at...wait for it...The Triple Door. Pours a slightly hazy bright medium gold with a thin but moussy white head. Even in a frozen shaker glass (blecch), the nose shows through with some dimension; the woodsy notes from the juniper give it a nice gin-like sharpness augmented by great juicy grapefruit and pine from the hops. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toasty crisp mid-palate with a nice clean bite right through the finish. Very refreshing APA.
