Belgian-style Tripel. A twist on the French expression "Bete Noire", Bete Blanche is extremely drinkable, blonde and somewhat treacherous.

Bomber. Pale honey golden colored in appearance with lots of creamy white head. Aroma is mostly cloves, honey, barley and yeast. Taste opens up with ripe bananas, cloves, brown sugar and malt along with a slightly off-balanced alcohol note in the background. The body is creamy with robust carbonation and finishes dry with more malt and cloves. Decent but could definitely use more complex fruit flavors and a higher ABV.

22oz. Bottle: Sweet aroma of Belgian yeast, spices, light coriander, light banana, and some pear. Poured gold/yellow/slight amber in color with a medium-sized, white head that diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer as well as around the edges. Clear. Sparkling. Good lacing. Some tiny particles. Flavor is medium sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of banana, hop, Belgian yeast, clove, light coriander, and some fruit. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Belgian yeast, clove, coriander, finish is lightly dry. 7.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Bomber. Nose of honey, light bread, light vanilla, light mineral, heavy Belgian yeast, sunny pale malt. Pours a pale blonde which fakes golden with a creamy, luscious white head. Semi-dry taste, rich malt with a lightly bready and malty aftertaste that warms every so slightly. Rich, minerally yeasty presence right at the fore. Medium, soothing body has almost an herbal coating/silkiness. Very enjoyable tripel.

Clear amber pour, frothy white head. Subdued smell earthy and fruity, like overripe. Taste slight alcohol, bitter but fruity, like berries without all the sugar. I didnt like so much at first, but it snuck up on me and I finished the glass happily.

FROTHINGSLOSH (5078) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 9, 2011
Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a huge creamy white head that lingered and produced good lacing. The aroma was sweet, bready and musty with notes of sugar and faint fruits, banana and clove. The flavor was tangy and bready with notes of candied golden fruits and must. The finish was long and tangy with lingering sugar and bread. Fairly full bodied. Nice.

Bomber served in a tulip. Mostly clear pale orange with a medium sized white head. Nice retention and lace. Aroma is bubble gum, belgian spice, and fruit. Medium bitter, light sweet flavor. Light-medium body, lively carbonation, sticky-oily texture, and a medium bitter, very dry finish

Decent sized bright white head of fine bubbles and light carbonation. Moderate malty aroma with some corn, lemons, straw and yeast. Color is a cloudy bright orange. Bit of dry orange peel and grainy malts in the flavor. Some lemon and herbal notes along with a decent bitterness late swallow. Light alcohol presence. A bit of lingering pasty mouthfeel. A decent tripel.
