2011+ bottle thanks to mora2000. Pours with a very clear, small particle infused golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are of lemon zest, floral, medium malt character. Somewhat strong yeast that has a distinct musty note. Flavors are zesty, lightly malty, medium esters with some crushed black pepper. Low phenols. Medium bubbles, dry and light bodied, even for a tripel.

Thanks to 5000 for sending me this bottle. Always happy to try a new beer from Elysian.
The beer pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma has a ton of wheat, as well as some Belgian yeast notes and some orange citrus. The flavor is very similar. There is a lot of orange citrus, as well as some wheat and biscuit malt, as well as a little bit of sugary sweetness and some alcohol. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle, poured a golden color with medium-light head. Aroma has coriander, light orange peel, slight grass. Light sweetness, light bitter. Med-light body, ave carbonation. Has some spicey, peppery flavor to it. Not bad. Your typical average american trippel.

On tap at Ale House at Amatos. Clear gold with a thin spotty head. Clean aroma of sweet pale malts, a touch of bubblegum, some light fruity esters, and maybe raisin(?). Taste is sweet pale cereal grains but with a drying biscuit yeast presence, some faint light fruity esters, and finishing dry and biscuit yeasty. A little disappointing.

Tap. Pours clear gold with thin, creamy white head; short retention and some lacing. Aroma is spicy and floral hops, bread malt, pears, herbs, and light funk. Flavor balanced malt and hops with light fruit esters; dry, semi-sweet finish. Medium body, low carbonation, and low/medium warmth.

Virtually no smell - very very very subtle belgian yeast, fine head; tasted as subtle as it smelled. Then I had some fries with it, and...wow, the beer bloomed. Honey, apricot, apple blossom. Very enjoyable with food, pretty unimpressive by itself.
