Clean aroma of sweet pale malts, a touch of bubblegum, some light fruity esters, and maybe raisin(?). Taste is sweet pale cereal grains but with a drying biscuit yeast presence, some faint light fruity esters, and finishing dry and biscuit yeasty. A little disappointing.

Pours an almost clear medium yellow with a foamy frothy head. Aromas fruity (tangerine, bubblegum), hoppy (grass, hay), with just a touch of caramel behind. Flavors fall short of aromas of light tangerine, grass, and hay. Light bitter aftertaste, slightly watery on palate, lightly sweet. A slightly above the average triple with a slightly distinctive "tangerine" like note.

From bottle. Golden color. Light yeast and sweet aroma. Hints of bubblegum, light malt, soft peppery spice, and a little sweetness. Not as hearty as a traditional tripel, more like a strong saison.

Yellowish blonde in color with a thick white head hazy. Thick aroma tons of esters and lots of fruit and Belgian yeast in the beer. Very tasty and drinkable tripel.

Sample at the Pike Street location. The beer pours a hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, yeast and citrus. Medium body with flavors of citrus, earthy yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast and banana aftertaste. Decent overall.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a hazy deep gold with a thin white head. The head doesn’t last long. The nose smells like fermenting peaches and apricots with a hint of prune. The flavor is fruity and sweet with a good bit of apricot. There is a hint of Redman Golden Blend in there too. Medium body with average carbonation. Sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours a mostly clear orange-gold with a finger of coarse white head. Settles to thin cap quickly with some stringy lacing. Aroma is wheaty, sweet, and soapy. Flavor is mildly bitter, fades into citrus tones with herbal and spicy character and a slight hop bitter. Mild maltiness in finish. Soft carbonation, medium body, and smooth, mildly astringent mouthfeel. An interesting, spicy tripel.

Bottle poured a hazy orange hue w/ a medium frothy off-white head mostly diminishing and good lacing. A moderate aroma of dough, pear, and grapefruit. Initial flavor light sweet with a light bitter finish of short duration. Taste has a grapefruit bite that dominates what is in the nose. It makes for a very bright and drinkable Tripel. Medium bodied, dry texture, lively carbonation, and a moderate alcoholic feel in the finish.

Bottle pours golden with a light white head, lively carbonation and a dry, balanced palate. Hops are tropical, cantaloupe, and the aftertaste is a bit malty.

On tap at The Mondial de la biere 2012 in Montréal.The color is a clear amber very thin beige head.The aroma is of barley sugar,malt. The taste also of that sweet candy ,malt and spicies.A nice after taste.The 7.5% alcohol does not interfere with the taste very good.
