COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with organic pale, Weyermann Munich, and Cara-Hell malts, with pumpkin added in the mash, kettle, and fermenter. Bittered with Nelson Sauvin and finished with Saaz hops. Pureed fresh ginger in the boil and 15 lbs. honey added.

Tan-orange with a decent head. Vaguely honey-malted nose, subdued hops. Pilsner-esque body. Pretty light, with no real ginger component. Underwhelming.

Wow this one was pretty gross. Sweet honey and ginger nose, golden pour, not much head. Lots of ginger and somewhat unpleasant honey sweetness throughout. Did not get much pumpkin. Not my favorite experiment.

Great Pumpkin Fest 8 (2010) Pours on the darker side of orange with mild brown/red hue mixed in and little white head just around the rim. Nose is subdued hops, light pumpkin, light Ginger, mild honey. Taste is slight hints of the nose...everything seems to be dulled.
