We brewed it all for the Chinookie. The what? The Chinook hops! 50# of wet Chinook hops hooked up with this pale ale, resulting in a memorable one-night-brew.

Draft at fields. Honey golden with creamy off white head. Light honey sweetness, hint of sweaty pine, some stewed veggital with a slight hint of butter, sweet biscuit malt aroma underlying. Taste better than the nose, crisp crackery malt, solid bittering in the finish, but the middle bulk of the over all flavor profile in the beer just doesn’t do it for me as it is a bit astringent and the hop/malt flavors don’t really mesh together.
