COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It drips with tropical, sunshiny Mosaic, and twinkles with touches of Eldorado and Centennial. A touch of wheat hazes the malt bill a bit around the edges and the IBUs are stuck in the mid-sixties. SG 16•P/1.064

Tap at Elysian 2nd. Pours clear. Dark gold some head and lots of lacing. Nose is sweat and dank with pine. Flavours dank/sweat with big bright citrus and lots of grapefruit. Taste medium bitter light sweet. Medium sticky body very lively carbonation and big acidic bitter bite in finish. Really nice.

Nice fruity aroma. Tastes fruity with strangely some subtle onion flavour and pine tree. (reading other people’s reviews this is in fact the case and I’m not the only crazy one). Well balanced and one of the better west coast IPA’s

Floral hops and a hint of malt come from this hazy blonde with a bit of white head. Bitterness and sweetness battle on your tounge and a citrusy sweet grapefruit like flavor emerges victorious in this medium bodied brew. A decent brew for elysian.

Pours yellow-gold with a finger of foamy white head. Aroma is tangerine, fresh pineapple, grapefruit, light malt, maybe a hint of white grape. Bright and fruity. Taste is fresh grapefruit and tangerine, slight tropical fruits, crackery malt, pleasant pithy bitterness, and orange oil. Medium bitterness, medium body, nice carbonation. Overall a very nice summery IPA.

Bottle from a trade. Poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange with a half finger of thick white head. Aroma is intense citrus and loads of pine. Taste is heavily bitter, follows aroma. Full bodied with a somewhat slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Very good!

A nice, exotic and delicious IPA. Pours out a bright, shimmering golden orange with a thick, foamy finger of yellowish head that dies whilst clinging to the glass. The nose is nicely accented with tropical and citrus fruit aromas including, orange rind, grapefruit, melon and pineapple. A bit of a toasted malt in the middle with honeyed sweetness and tons of sweet fruit notes. I get alot of peach and melon. The finish is bitter and astringent with a nice heavy resin profile. A bit shortlived but the flavor makes up for it.

Nice one. Juicy aroma and a soft palate, as seems to be common with heavy Mosaic use. Flavor is sweet and moderately bitter, soft tropical fruit and a hint of pine.

Nice hop forward IPA with a big citrus nose, along with a bit of pine, and a dry finish. Soft carbonation and bitter. Pretty good.

Clear gold pour, big foamy head. Aroma dank hops, weedy, peachy. Tastes resinous grassy hops some caramel. Resinous residue on the palate.
