COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It drips with tropical, sunshiny Mosaic, and twinkles with touches of Eldorado and Centennial. A touch of wheat hazes the malt bill a bit around the edges and the IBUs are stuck in the mid-sixties. SG 16•P/1.064

(Bottle) Hazy, bright orange body with a large, foamy, orange-white head; extensive web of large-pore lace. Aroma of fresh hops and citrus lemon/orange, bread; hint of floral notes. Medium body, slightly oily texture. Underlying mild sweet orange favor quickly dries out to sharp hop bitterness; mild malt, grass; fermented citrus fruit and orange rind.

On tap at Sassy’s. Pours a cloudy copper with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is dank hop and citrus. Medium mouth, juicy, tropical fruits, dank, crushable, very good.

High scores on this one. My go to was was Saint Archer Mosaic and then I tried Noble Ale Works Mosaic Showers (hard to find in the Bay Area) which I rated even higher. This one is in between and teeming with pineapple and Mango flavor. Excellent!

A pretty good IPA. Pours orange, lots of citrus and residual pine in the aroma. Mellow bitter aftertaste. Tried at the brewery in 2016.

Clear golden copper with moderate white head that lingers. Wheat, pine, resin and moderate low citrus. Taste is smooth citrus, orange and wheat. Moderate bitterness balances well. Cracker malt as it warmed.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma seems dank. Hop aroma is a mixture. Med body. Nice, pleasant carbonation. Flavor is Southern Cross type hops, melon, mango; wheat is detectable. Finishes fruity, oh so lightly sweet, and oh so nicely bitter. Balanced IMHO. Good stuff.

Poured from the bomber it has a honey amber color with a big head. The nose has some tropical fruit like mango and pineapple. The taste starts with more tropical fruit and then some hop bitterness kicks in. There is a nice balance on the finish. Good beer.
