Tap at Elysian, Seattle, 27/05/13. Clear golden with a medium sized off white head that retains well. Nose is hops, citrus, light grapefruit, bitter orange, caramel malt, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, touch of grapefruit, a light boozey fuzz, hops, light pine. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, hop bitterness in a finish that carries light warming alcohol tones but not overwhelming in any sense. An OK drinkable IIPA but far from a top draw example.

On draught at PDX Beer Week 2013 Kickoff Party at Lucky Lab. Dark golden color. Citrus hop bitterness in aroma. Great sweet syrup hop flavor, with deep tropical fruit notes. Resinous mouthfeel, smooth dry finish.

Hazy yrllow gold with sticky white lacing. Strong aroma of grapefruit and pine resin. Huge palate....very resinous. A little oily feeling but well balanced. Not particularly complex, but definitely not for the faint of heart.

Nose is full of fruit. Lots of nelson sauvin and citra hops showing. Some centennial citrus ad well. Dough and caramel. Pours amber golden nice lasting creamy head and lace. Flavors of big fruit hops. Nelson standa out above the rest but.citra and centennial provide great complimentary notes. Caramel and dough notes. Lingering bright fruity finish. Good stuff.

Draft at fields. Pours a cloudy burnished dark amber with bright golden brown edges. Dense and creamy tan head. Huge fruity nose, showing pineapple, mango, oranges, grapefruit, and a little backbone of caramel. Creamy medium body with pronouncedly lively carb. Deep caramel backbone on the mid palate, propping up a fruity, resiny wash. Finish is crisp and bitter without being at all overpowering.
