COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Double Herbert’s Legendary Ale is an extreme version of a beer brewed each fall in a different Washingto brewery in honored memory of brewing pioneer Bert Grant to promote the Washington Brewers Guild Cask Festival. Double Herbert’s is as intense and cantankerous as its namesake, who opened the nation’s first post-prohibiton brewpub in Yakima in 1983 and brought the first India Pale Ale and Imperial Stout to the American brewing renaissance. 8.2 ABV, 82 IBU.
