COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We would never claim a healthful benefit from drinking any beer, but it is brewed with milk thistle which is a traditional herbal aid to the liver.

Almost black color/ tan head. Awesome mocha latte, chocolate coffee lactose dark roast aromas. Rich, smooth mouthfeel. Lightly sweet flavors of rich belgian chocolate, medium roast coffee, sweetened condensed milk--fucking great stout

Chocolate body with browned dunkel head. Wondrous rich chocolate coffee percolates up a splendid olfactory experience. However, the milk coffee body that runs a bit thin.

Draft at Elysian Fields. If you enjoy a beer on nitro, please do feel free to add .3 or .4 to this score. It just never works for me as well as it does for the nitro fans, so thatís probably enough math to offset the difference in taste. Pours black with that surging, settling, tv commercial nitro stout look. Dense chalky dark tan head on top of that. Nice roasty nose. Creamy, flattened out body. Nitro! Roasty, chocolatey, chalky mid-palate. Mild black bread finish. Tasty beer, tons of flavor trying to get out from under the nitro. Not at all bad given the pouring method.
