Beardface (977), Eugene, Oregon, USA Oct 18, 2008 Roasted oaty maltiness with a dash of coffee flavors to balance it all out. One of the easiest drinking stouts I’ve ever had, a guy could easily drink two or three 22 oz bottles and not realize it until the alcohol hit. Not that I’d know anything about that... dmac (1423), Toms River, New Jersey, USA Oct 18, 2008 22 oz bomber. Poured a deep dark brown with an average size frothy mocha colored head. Rich dark pour and a gorgeous thick tan head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate and coffee. Wonderfully roasty aromas that intensified as it warmed. Velvety on the palate. This is one of the top 5 stouts I’ve ever had. An absolutely exceptional beer. Loved it.
