2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
22oz bomber from a 4pack bomber sampler of "Pumpkin" beers. Okay Iím not killing myself with this review. Poured an okay looking cloudy sraw gold with a smaller white foamy head. Aroma is basically all ginger with some grains and toast. Medium to fuller bodied with average carbonation and a dry finish. Flavor is like the aroma and just loaed with ginger. This seems more like a beer that Hitachino Nest should have brewed and there is nothing but ginger spices going on.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy light yellow with a hoppy ginger aroma. Light and clean with a lot of saaz pepper and ginger. Interesting style for a pumpkin beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Location: 22 oz bottle from State Line, 11/11/12
Aroma: It is super heavy on the ginger, with some underlying notes of other spice and citrus
Appearance: It pours a cloudy yellow color with a foamy bright white head and spotty lacing
Flavor: The taste is a little sweet, lots of ginger, a little bit of spice, and a nice crisp hoppy finish
Palate: The body is fairly smooth, crisp, and clean, it drinks really nicely, and has clean, dry finish
Quite interesting beer. Thereís a heck of a lot of giniger in this one, and I didnít really taste much pumpkin at all. Somehow, it works quite well.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber and draft at Caponeís. Pours hazy canary with 1-finger white clingy head. Nose is ginger, coriander, orange zest, Saaz hops. Tastes very spice, gingery, with coriander, orange zest, Saaz hops, and pale malt. I didnít get much pumpkin in this, but overall itís not bad, although a bit too spicy.

This beer smells very good, nice scent of ginger. Appearance is a nice golden color. The taste is very overwhelmingly of ginger and leaves a strong ginger aftertaste. Not bad but not favorite.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Wow, where do I start with this one. Poured a bright yellow color with a white head. Aroma was straight lemon pledge and nothing else. Taste was the same but stronger and worse, with pilsner malt barely there. The most offputting thing I think ive ever drinken. Ginger and vomit.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Rated two nights ago as part of our annual pumpkin beer night. Bomber. Pours cloudy yellow-orange with a collapsing white head. My first impression after smelling this thing was that I was smelling a Corona and lime. Then I came to my senses and realized it was the ginger. Taste is very ginger-forward (the most ginger Iíve ever had in a beer I think). Starts out sweet and spicy from the ginger before turning extremely bitter mid-palate. Mouthfeel is creamy. Very interesting and Iím glad I tried it, but itís a try it once and never have again type of beer.
