I think they have a real loser here. Kind of a typical pale with a touch of lemon. Nothing to write home about, but I appreciated the refreshment factor.

33 cl bottle, Calgary, AB, Cnada via Zyn. Hazy amber gold. Nice caramel orange citrus aroma with some honey. Mildly carbonated, sweet, then a nice brown sugar honey flavour that transitions to an herbal hop finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a thin, brief white head. Aroma of pine, caramel and sweet malt. Medium body, nice balance of malt and hops. Moderate dry finish. The hops stay long after the swallow. Good one! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A nice pale ale that has a mild hop bitterness and a solid malt backing. Very easy drinking and well balanced.

Aroma is sweet malts, caramel and light earthy hoppiness. Taste is sweet rich malts with light caramel, light cream and finishes with a well balanced hopiness. Appearance is cloudy yellow/orange with a thin pearl head that retains fairly poorly. Overall pretty good, very close to Deadguy Ale.

Delicious beverage. Not very bitter but enough of a savory taste and aftertaste to keep you wanting more.

On tap. Hazy amber pour with medium sized white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramel ,bread dough and hops. Taste of faint fruit, caramel, slight hops, orange peel and bread dough. Full bodied, medium carbonation, slightly bitter sweet finish. Good beer.

Pours a cloudy amber, with ample white head. Aroma sharply of hops. Tastes is hoppy and rich. Strong notes of alcohol. All in all, a solid pale ale. Thumbs up.

355ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber, with a smallish off-white head, which lasts quite well and leaves decent lacing. Plum and tropical hops mix with caramel malt to create the aroma. Spice, grapefruit and faint tropical hops up front give way to caramel malt sweetness in the mid-palate, with plum hops in the finish. A decent APA.

Pale gold, with foamy white head. Aroma is hoppy and floral. Taste of toffee, pine, oranges, and grapefruit. Slightly creamy mouth feel, good carbonation. Finishes slightly bitter, doesn’t linger. Quite nice.

I really dig sorachi hops but wasn’t getting a ton of em in this. It was still a slightly hoppier and slightly better than the standard apa, but not a standout. Nicely balanced.."
