3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a bottle from cellar (54F). Pours a very nice dark gold, two finger head. Head is pretty darn persistent and leaves a load of lacing on the glass. Donít get a lot of aroma from this, but Iím eating a spicy cheese shrimp jambalaya so Iím sure thatís affecting things. The aroma that I get is a bit of pine resin with a bit of citrus. Tastes clean, crisp, and is going with the meal quite well. Nice bitterness with a touch of sweetness mid-swallow. Medium long finish. Nice beer with dinner.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a golden orange with a white head. Nose is thick honey and grapefruit. Taste is quite thick - honey malts with slight grapefruit driven bitterness. Could be a bit old not as hoppy as id like.

(bottle - 12 oz) Hazy orange pour with a white head. Light but very piney hop aroma. Bitter and dry peppery hop flavor. Dry and bitter. No citrus at all. Clean finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice Pale Ale. Not a PA or IPA fan because they are Hopped over the top, but this one didnít bother me. To start this medium bodied beer is a slightly coppered gold color, with a thick off white head. It has a definite green and fruity aroma which comes through in the taste which is bitter with a punch of what kind of tastes like passion fruit. Loser didnít have me changing my stripes to a pale ale drinker, but if Iím with IPA fans this should keep us all satisfied, and besides that the ABV did pack a nice little kick. :)

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Lightly sweet caramel and malt with a balance of lightly bitter hops. I would not have guessed 7% ABV here, as it is a very drinkable session type ale.

12 oz Bottle. The beer pours to a cloudy dark golden color with a thin white head. The Aroma has some malt, caramel & cereal to it. The taste is pretty mild with a good balance to it. Not great but easy to drink.

Light haze on this amber beer, small off white head. Smooth palate with fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malt, light cream, semi sweet. Interesting hops - floral bitterness, touch of aniseed, light tangerine peel and mild mango. Quite a bitter finish. Robust pale ale!

Ok, nothing to go wild over. A good attempt at a standard beer, but nothing more.
