Sampled at WCBF with brother bob. A good, but very average ale. The one thing I did like was the nut and roasted malt blend. A mild but blended hop presence with a splash of wheat and caramel malt.

Dog & pony, renton WA. Pours copper and clear, aroma is sweet pine and grapefruit. A decent pale, nothing to write home about....

Light orange pour with a small head. Not very red for a red ale. This wasn’t bad, but I found it to be very forgettable. Lightly sweet, biscuity malt balanced by american citrus hops. Really didn’t stick in my head or distinguish itself. Tasted and looked more like a pale ale than a red.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2010 I listen to show every day on my way home from work. I also enjoy most Elysian beers. I didn’t think this was much different than other elysian one off pale ales. Come to think of it probably the same as the ESB. Moderately hoppy and well balanced. Just had the bottled version. uninspired Fat Tire clone

Light amber in color, good hops and malt aroma. Nice easy drinking beer. Great name and a great dry finish. A great session brew.

Bronze with a decent 1.5" thick beige head. Floral hop nose, clean and freshness that indicates Cascades though I do not see it on the ingredient list. Easy drinking IPA that starts with clean floral flavors, that are so clean, in fact, that they develop a slight soapiness. Solid crystal malt backbone with some wet shoe developing. Estery finish. Ok.

This one is boring and not one I’d have again. Pours cloudy orange with plenty of clings. Not much smell. Lactic, sugar, simple caramel. Taste fades quickly. Bitter citrus and not much else.
