Clear red copper, minimal off white head. Slight grassy hop aroma. Taste is moderately bitter hops up front with a faint sweet malt backbone. Kinda thin... sours and flattens as it warms. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Bottle:   Amberish, fairly clear, large frothy off-white head, nice lacing, light carbonation.   Pale malty nose, citrus rind, a little astringent.   Also has a stale barnish note.   Grainy maltiness on the tongue, and not even that malty.   Pale hop bite.   Not smooth enough for my taste.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes with some astringent grainy maltiness, without the body I would have liked.   Not smooth nor even a bit sweet.   Needs to be less grainy, more malty, smoother, richer, with a touch of sweetness... oh, and perhaps a bit more hop bite.   Pretty dull.

22 oz bottle from "Habits" in S.Salem. $3.59 Very murky dark orange beer with a large, frothy, rocky cream head. Aroma? not promising..sour mash, some caramel..touch of resiny hop Taste is not as bad as i anticipated..its resonably malty with a nice resiny hop buzz. Palate is OK noting bad nothing good. Overall average amber ale really.

Bomber split with SIL Byron. Pours red / amber with off white head. Pretty mild taste...a very pale ale - feels / tastes more pale ale over an APA...too mild for an APA. Smooth / mild / drinkable....not a complaint but milder than the usual APA....

Tap at Paradiso Georgetown. The pour is a clear amber orange with a decent off-white head. Nose is a bit cheesy, citrus hops, small tangerine. Taste is pretty intense tangerine almost as if a fruit beer...almost contrived peach flavor. Moderate bitterness. Sharper mouthfeel. Palate is clovey and tannic with a long medicinal aftertaste. Enjoyable though strange for style.
