22oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy reddish orange with an average (1-2 fingers) white creamy head that pretty much lasted throughout, reducing slightly and possessing excellent sheets of lacing. The aroma was on the mild side with a grain malt, floral and citrus hops and an earthy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit). The taste was lightly bitter with a nice caramel sweetness early on, it then become a tad bitterer with a moderate dose of grapefruit and a bold hoppy presence towards the finish. The flavor lasted a decent amount of time after the swallow with a slight citrus peel hoppiness lingering for little while longer. Mouthfeel was a few steps below medium in body with a dry and slightly watery texture and a medium carbonation. Overall this was a pretty solid Pale Ale. Although it was nothing overly special, it did have a really good taste and a great drinkability. I definitely would drink again...

Prufrockstar (1500) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 5, 2015
Bottle at a 4th of July party. No idea what it looks like because (1) it was dark, and (2) itís a party where the proper glassware is the bottle itself. Didnít know the style in advance, but I assumed nondescript amber ale - toast, grain, caramel, indistinct moderately bitter hop profile. Overall: a completely forgettable beer, okay for chilling with friends.

Draught at Nakanoshima. Dark caramel, bitter citrusy hops, hints of red fruit, bitter finish. More a hoppy amber, pretty decent anyway.

Everything about this beer is just fine. Nothing is great. The name is cute but that's about it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Has a roasty and floral aroma. The appearance is reddish brown and slightly cloudy. The head is somewhat frothy. the taste is not bitter but somewhere in the middle. This is a medium bodied beer with a slick texture. The carbonation is average and the beer finishes on a bitter note. Overall this was a surprising red ale not bad but I thought the hops were a bit overpowering for a red ale.

UXO (816) - CANADA - MAR 12, 2015
Pours slightly hazy pale amber with one finger of loose light beige head diminishing gradually to a thin cap, moderate chunky lacing. (4/5) Nose is toasted malt, caramel, mild floral and citrus. (6/10) Taste is medium sweet, mild bitter. (6/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry and mild bitter finish. (3/5) SighÖ I have regret. Not that this is a bad beer - itís not. But itís just what it says on the bottle: an original red. And thatís about all it is. Nothing interesting or memorable here. (12/20)
