| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 20, 2008 Smells more pumpkin-y than it tastes. Not bad, but not what I expected. Also darker than I thought it would be. I guess if they’re going to go out of their way to mention how much great pumpkin flavor this has, it should probably have some pretty bold pumpkin flavor. tgncc (810), Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 17, 2008 The appearance is true to its style; it’s an orange color with a off-white head, which persists in the glass. Nice aroma of pumpkin, spices such as nutmeg, and a bready/doughy smell, like pie. Surprisingly weak flavor, notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg. The finish is wierd; it’s as if I just eat a pumpkin pie, leaving the bready pie crust flavor on the palate. No hoppyness to speak of. Not bad. Definitely not the best pumpkin ale out there. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 15, 2008 Bottle from Capone’s. Pours clear deep copper with 1-finger off-white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is pumpkin spice, malt. Medium palate that isn;t very complex, with nutmeggy, pumpkin spicy, and malt flavors. Not one of my favorite pumpkin ales, but not bad for the season. fredandboboflo (1404), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Bottle. Aroma of pumpkin, gentle spices. Flavor again with pumpkin, even gentler spices, mildly sweet, but quite dry at the finish too. Never overbearing, but always super tasty. LilBeerDoctor (1493), East Setauket, New York, USA

Pours a deep orange/brown with a thick. huge white head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of baked pumpkin, light spices. Flavor is sweet, light pumpkin and spices. Pretty tasty, but relatively light in the pumpkin. Decent pumpkin, not my favorite. ebowman (11), Seattle, Washington, USA
