Thanks to Maltajo for the bottle. Pours a nice amber color with a thick tan head. Aroma is pumpkin pie, and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste is smooth and malty with touches of the pumpkin and spices, but not overdone and very easy to drink. Good version of the style.

2007 Bottle - Thanks Finn! - Pours a murky light amber with a small off white head...aroma is pie spice, corriander, cinnamon...flavour is similar, terrific spice and malt balance, slight biscuit...finish is creamy and integrated, absolutely great with some age...

Tap@Brewpub. Sweet and spiced aroma with cinnamon and other spices. Amber colour, yellowish head, good lace. Very sweet, fruity, cinnamon, other spices, light bitter. Smooth and sticky. Flavourful, well balanced. I was expecting something different from a Pumpkin Ale. This was a nice surprise.

Bottle. Pours a deep orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma is pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of ginger. Flavor was pumpkin pie, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and caramel malts with a creamy texture and a medium body. A good pumpkin beer.

The label has changed on this one. From a 22 oz bottle it poured a very clear light orange with nice white head and good lacing. Very nice pumpkin nose with lots of nutmeg and cloves. Mouthfeel is light but very smooth. Favor is very spicy and and the finish a slightly bitter. One of the best pumpkin ales ever. I really liked this.

22oz bottle. Vanilla, malt, cinnamon, and of course pumpkin make this a fine beer! You will love this beer!

Another pretty label. Kind of just a pumpkin ale, the spices are well balance and reminiscent of pie, but with a little bit of traditional ale malt flavors thrown in.
