| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 18, 2005 Copper-amber colour. Cinnamon, nutmeg and clove aroma, with soft caramel maltiness. Sweet flavour is heavy on the cinnamon, with accents of clove and rich caramel maltiness. Sticky sweet spicy finish. Pretty good balance between the malt and spice, but not such good balance between malt and hops. Might be mullable, though, which is a neat bonus feature. argo0 (6891), Washington DC, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Bottle… Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. A touch of the pumpkin and all of the spices come through in the aroma – every last one… clove, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and especially the nutmeg. Medium-bodied with bristly carbonation. Fantastic balance. The spices are all there, but dumbed down and a little bland. Finally sweetens up a bit and the spices come to the forefront in the lengthy finish. Kudos to brewbill for supplying the bottle! bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA
