Dark amber color with ivory head. Berry fruit, herbal minty, ginger aromas. Medium bodied. Nice caramel, lightly sweet base brew with ginger, berry fruits, herb garden, nutty flavors---very tasty.

This beer pours a clear dark mahogany color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, spices and bready malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of berries, grainy malt and sweet spices. The finish is fruity up front with a gingerbread and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark copper with light head. Aromas of ginger and juniper. Strong, toxic flavors of ginger, grass, cloves and other dry spices. What the heck is this? Whatever, it doesn’t work and it’s just awful.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. The aroma is dominated by woody ginger, berries, there is a light toasted malt note in the finish. The flavor is berries, spicy/woody ginger, sweet maltiness. This is a but harsh. Tannic/astringent.

Pours a very murky dark brown color with little to no head. Smells of berry and must. Interesting if a little off putting. Berry and pine up front in the flavor that morphs into a clean spiciness. Must is in the flavor as well. At first I was confused and put off but as I enjoy my glass it's starting to grow on me. A nice sipping beer.

Bottle:   Big fragrant bubble bath like aroma.   Very artificial and floral.   Literally reminds me of some spicy bubblebath stuff.   Seems soapy, really soapy.   Nice head and lacing at least.   Yeah, fake floral bits, doesn’t seem fruity.   Otherwise very artificial.   Light to moderate sweetness.   Moderate body andmouthfeel.   Soapy finish.   This literally smells like those floral/fragrant bubble bath soap.   Meh...

Bomber from State Line. Pours turbid clay-brown with 1-finger well-retained off-white head. Nose is ginger, berries, earthy malt. Tastes very spicy, with a heavy ginger flavor, earthiness, mild nuts, and substantial boysenberry and blackberry flavor. Finishes complex and creamy.

Bottle (12oz): poured a ruby color. Light to medium body. This to me is not a brown ale as it says on the label. Light malt. Light hopps. Medium fruit. Average. No need to try again.
