Draft at Brouwers Sour Ale Fest 10. Pours a deep murky brown with a small tannish head. The nose is chocolate, Brett, roasted malt, oak, and sherry. The taste is an interesting mix of the chocolate, roasted malt, and smoke of a porter with the funky Brett and mild acidity of a sour ale. Interesting mix. The palate was medium bodied, slightly chewy. Good beer.

Dark chocolate brown, whipped creamy fluffy foamy sandy head. Dark chocolate, cherry and horse blanket aroma, dank and musty. Dry gritty chocolate, active young and strong brett character plays wonderfully with this beer. Amazing.
