A nose that is nothing spectacular...barley and a bit of roasted smokiness. A light head...but the coal black finish promises treasures awaiting. Tastes of roasted coffee toned barley with the merest hint of butternut vanilla, of all bloody things. The mouth comes alive with malts, hops, and the smooth warmth of alcohol. Damned good.-+++++++++++++++++++++++

22 oz bottle. Very rich, very sweet. A mediocre porter, nothing jumps out at me. Bu I can tell a lot of ingredients were put into it, thick and dark, a good by for 3 bucks.

#50! And not a bad beer for it....pours very, very dark. Flavor is very toasy and nice, with some notes of coffee. Very soft and sipable, although not especially coplex or exciting. A very nice porter, however....

A darker colored porter with a moderate sized tan head. Aroma is roasted coffee with notes of chocolate and caramel. Flavor brings this, some roasty bitterness. More roasty than most porters. Still though, there’s a million others that are a lot like it.

Nice dark chocolate color. Great smoky chocolate malt flavor with coffee and toffee notes. Good sweetness and bitter coffee finish. Great porter.

Bottle from Liquid Solutions. Pours a very dark, almost pitck black color. Sweet creamy aroma. Some milk and chocolate as well as some coffee. Very rich and roasty right up front. A fair amount of sweetness. Roasted bitter finish.

22 oz. bottle via trade with Ty5592 - Pours a deep brown color with a nice size tan head. Nice lacing. Has a roasted malt aroma. Has a slightly smoked, roasted coffee flavor. Medium body. Has a very lite finish. Pretty good beer. Thanks Ty.
