Pale orange, fruity hoppy and strong. A bold, unapologetically hoppy northwest-style IPA. Brewed with Pale, Munich and Crystal malts with a portion of sugar. Bittered and finished with Chinook, Centennial and whole flower Cascade hops all over the place.

Decent sized off-white head of fine bubbles with minimal carbonation. Light roasted grains in the aroma to offset the floral hops presence and some sickly sweet malts. A hint of mint appears after a deep inhale. Color is a ruddy brownish orange. Moderate bitterness from the first sip but is balanced very well with the malty sweetness. The malts also subdue the lingering dry bitterness which is appreciated. A bit of caramel, pine and spices. Light alcohol presence. I like this IPA a lot.

Aromas of chocolate-y malts and pine-y hops. My eleven year old brother says he smells a hint of tea tree. Tastes sweeter than I thought it would be, but a has very nice and long bitter finish. A very nice IPA, one I would recommend to people who aren’t always fans of them.

Bottle at Cole’s. I haven’t mentioned it yet, but a MASSIVE thanks to my parents, who brought me back some really fantastic stuff from their trip to the West Coast. Pours deep copper/orange, medium white head, great lacing. Nose is stonefruit, especially peach, with grapefruit, spice, pine, and sweet caramel. Flavours of bright grapefruit, light white peach, but too much caramel. Big sticky malt distracts from the hops. Nice, but too sweet.

The aroma is wonderful, loaded with pine, orange, lemon, some sweet malt laying low. The flavor starts with a malt sweetness that quickly gives way to the hops. Crisp and clean finish.

Aroma of pungent weed and tangy bitter citrus. Pours hazy orange with a decent head. Flavor is hop dominated with notes of citrus and pepper. Not alot of balance. Lingering bitterness. Dry. Good.

From bomber to tulip. Cloudy light amber. Nice aroma. So smooth and balanced. Nice hoppy bitterness. I really like it.
