Pale orange, fruity hoppy and strong. A bold, unapologetically hoppy northwest-style IPA. Brewed with Pale, Munich and Crystal malts with a portion of sugar. Bittered and finished with Chinook, Centennial and whole flower Cascade hops all over the place.

Murky copper color. The head disappears quickly, but retains a nice off white ring. Piney nose with some sweeter aromas. Medium to full bodied IPA which shows a burst of drying citrus on the mid palate, but some sweeter malt kicks in on the finish.

22oz bottle. Murky amber body topped by large off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit, flower/orange, light bread. Taste is grapefruit, some pine. Starts bitter with minimal sweetness, but sweet caramel hits toward the swallow and accompanies the bitterness at the end. Highly unusual (unprecedented?) experience for me to get the sweetness at the back of the mouth when I expect the real bitterness to hit. Medium resinous body, low carbonation, some acidity.

Coppery amber color with an off white head. Dry, crisp, and balanced. Very nice with a hops lean that is not floral, but dry.

Pours a slightly hazy coppery brown with an ample off white head. Aroma is full of pine, orange, resin and some tropical fruit. Malt is there too, slightly sweet and caramel. Taste is very fresh with ample citrus and tropical hops, some resin and then a decent caramel malt back. Finishes with a lovely hop bite but not overwhelmingly so. A well structured and very enjoyable IPA.

Aroma is citrus, grass, floral, yeast and a hint of watermelon rind. Poured a clear copper color with a nice white head. Taste is a slightly bittersweet citrus followed by a rich grass and pine, and finishes quick and bitter. Feels medium bodied.

Bomber poured a hazy orange amber with a lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of biscuit, floral notes, lemon zest , light earthiness and a hint of mint. Palte was medium bodied and smooth with a lightly dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, mint, lemon zest, light mint and a hint of grapefruit with a smooth lightly dry bitter lingering minty citrus finish.

22 oz bomber. Pours a hazy orange with a 1 finger head. Nice, floral aroma with a good malt backbone. Flavor is bitter, smooth, with a nice sweet maltiness. There is a bit of metallic flavor showing through, probably due to oxidation. Still, itís pretty good regardless.

Bottle @ home. Iíve had such good experiences with Elysian, Iím surprised I havenít rated more by them. Lets go! Very hazy, reddish orange appearance with a fluffy, tan head that has great lacing. Huge mango, passion fruit, tropical fruity, spicy yeasty, orange citrusy, creamy, awesome aroma. Somewhat floral, orange citrusy, grapefruity, mango, pineapple, big tropical fruity flavor. Just my kind of ipa and fresh! Really delicious stuff! Fuck yeah!
