[1110-20080217] Tap @ Elysian Fields (Seattle, WA). Light feet malt aroma with grainy bread and a hint of fish. Hazy, light brown orange body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Hoppy bitter grassy hay flavour. Medium body. Nice blend.

Aug 12, 2008 Cask @ Elysian Fields. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter flavor with a long hoppy bitter finish. Leaving you with a long bitter aftertaste.

Jun 19, 2008 Cloudy amber with a frothy head. Huge spruce sap, cannabis bud floral aroma. Medium body and smooth. Good flavor is a balanced mix of floral and spruce sap hops riding a lightly sweet pale malt back bone. Finish is nicely bittersweet. Great dry hopped aromas here. May 24, 2008 On Draft at Elysian Field. Darker, burnt copper pour with a frothy ivory head. Faint malt and cereal aroma. Fruity and very bitter. Dry apricot notes.

May 20, 2008 Sample at the Pike Street location. This brew is a cloudy orange color with a medium and fluffy off-white head that lasts awhile. Patches of lacing. Citrus, hops and bready malt in the nose. Medium-bodied and moderately bitter with flavors of hops, citrus and green grapes, along with some malt as a base. The finish is hoppy with lingering grapefruit taste. Pretty solid all around.
