So good. Bright orange cloudy appearance. Big hop flavors that hit hard and bright originally followed by juicy citrus flavors and dry lingering finish. Near perfect.

Bottle. Clear amber pour, with a white head. Hoppy, juicy citrus, somewhat dank, fairly sweet, caramel, bread, and notes of mango. Nicely balanced. At over 8% abv I would call this a Double IPA.

On draft, Golden Crust, Red Lion, PA, served in a snifter. Pours clear golden, off white head. Nice lacing and nice retention. Aroma of mixed tropical fruits. Taste is nicely balanced, medium bitter, lightly sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouth feel. Finishes dry and bitter. Tasting notes of mango, grapefruit, lemon zest, caramel and flowers. Nice.

Bottle from Haggen: Aroma smelled floral with hops, flower pollen, and slight squeeze of citrus fruit. Poured a golden blonde with a touch of haze while a frothy head rested on top. The flavor was mild with a bitter presence of hops that is balanced nicely with the hearty malts that hold this beer up. Better than I thought it would be.

From QC. Clear light orange with thin white head and sudsy bubbles. Watery legs. Smells of wet crystal malt, light maple/spice, dry hop, apple, booze. Taste is deeply resinous and bitter, pepper, light malt. Body is slick, resinous. Tasty beer - plenty of resinous hop balanced by good amount of malt.

Bottle from QClub at home. Clear yellow golden pour with thin sticky head. Aroma is sharp booze and citrus good, sweet malt to back. Taste is similarly big citrus hoppy bite, with good amount of smooth malt to balance. Doesn't taste like 8% but does smell like it. Really good IPA with a sharp bitter bite.

650 ml bottle. Enjoyed at San Diego, CA. Pours a hazy Holden colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops, some toffee and grass. Flavour of sweet malts, citrusy hops, mild yeastiness and mild floral notes. Medium bodied. Sweet and juicy, but a bit too malty.
