Great IPA! Imperial flavors in a standard IPA... You can drink and enjoy the beautiful hop aromas and flavors without falling out of your chair when you're done.

Light golden and clear with a ebullient white foam. Citrus aroma and light hints of tropical mango and papaya. Moderate bitterness finishing with more acidic fruit in the end.

Small sturdy head on top of a foggy orange-gold body. Huge hoppy citrus on the nose - grapefruit, orange, pomegranate. Flavour is plenty of orange sweetness with a dry hop finish and lip-scrunching bitterness. An amazing IPA

Draft at Yard House Portland. Amber-bodied with little head. Bright, fruity hoppiness but not overly bitter or overpowering. For such a strong brew the alcohol is barely noticeable in the taste or finish. Very good.

Clear golden amber pour with large white head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, and hops. Taste of caramel, ripe fruits, bitter grapefruit and hops. Full bodied, medium carbonation, syrupy thick chewy mouthfeel. Just the right amounts of hops.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 8/8/2016. Pours fairly crystal clear golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice thick soapy lacing clings around the glass. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, passion fruit, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, light honey, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, passion fruit, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, light honey, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Large amount of pine/citrus rind/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, passion fruit, berry, citrus rind, pepper, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp/sticky/resinous, and lightly creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is an excellent DIPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the ABV. Impressively low malt character/body for the ABV as well. A very enjoyable offering.

On tap at Peel Pizza. Pours a clear dark golden with a thick creamy white head that laces and sticks around. Aroma is both grassy and kind of perfumy. Taste is sweet pale malt, rock candy, mild caramel, and robust hoppiness that imparts notes of pine and grapefruit. Smooth, yet quite hoppy without the astringency. Good IPA.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruit, alcohol, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, caramel, over ripe citrus fruits, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Where: Old Line Fine Wine Spirits & Bistro. How: 12 ounce bottle; poured into a pint glass. Appearance: Light gold, medium fluffy head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma: pine and floral hops stand out. Taste: flavors reflect the nose; mostly pine and floral. Palate: medium to light body; the alcohol is very mild and the bitterness is excellent. Overall: Pretty good, typical for style.
