650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber with light head. Aromas of grapefruit and orange marmalade, light toasted malt and a touch of resin. Tastes like orange marmalade with bitter finish. A little watery but tasty enough for the ABV and easy to drink.

Pours honey-amber colour with slight head. Aroma is tangy wth citrus. Taste isnít overbearing sweet and actually has a nice pale ale slight bitter finish that pairs with the aroma well.

Hazy yellow gold, thin qhite lacing. Medium bitter orange aroma. Flavor is spot on-blood orange with a crisp palate and great bitterness. More like a hoppy pale ale than a fruit beer. No sweetness or saccharine at all.

Pours a light honey color with a tall white head. Smells citrusy. Bold citrus flavor. The blood orange really comes through. Nice summer ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle into a Duvel tulip. A: Pours a hazy...should I say it? Okay. Pours a hazy orange color. The head is a one finger offwhite shade thatís very bubbly in its texture. Some sheeted lacing is left behind as well. S: Pleasant tones of mango, pine, Simcoe cattiness, and crackery malt abound. I also pick up a hint of blood orange, as well - especially when it opens up - but given the advertising of blood oranges, Iíd expect it to smell less like a typical Simcoe-hopped pale ale. To be fair, though, blood orange is a VERY common note in pale ales... T: It starts off with touches of pine and mango. After the midpoint is where the advertised blood oranges comes through, creating a juicy yet bitter finish. Itís not superbly interesting, all told, however it does live up to its billing. M: Not as clean as Iíd like it to be. Also a bit on the heavy side in terms of texture. Pleasantly bitter and carbonated, though. O: The use of blood oranges here isnít enough to make this stand out from the scores of pale ales on the market. Iíd reckon its worth a try, just donít expect to be blown away.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy light golden orange with and a small white head. Aroma of fuzzy orange zest and some biscuity malt. Flavour is very bitter, bringing out dry bitter notes of orange zest, some citrus notes, and fuzzy biscuity malts. Very fuzzy and zesty. Unspectacular but drinkable. Decent.

Tap at Scion Silver Spring. Muddier dark orange pour. Weaker white foam with some okay lacing. Nose is softer orange juice, mild citrus hops. "Blood orange", a flavor I love, did not really hit me. Taste again is quite soft, no abrasive bitterness, no acid from the blood orange, restrained citrus hops. Quite drinkable, simple, no flaws. Clean palate. My qualm is that it came across as bland, not a lot of APA character and nothing that screamed blood orange.

On tap at Sunset Grille. Review based on pint at Darby's. Cloudy orange. Nice lacing from minimal cap. Aroma of oranges and zest spritz, a touch of pine, and candied sugar. Taste is pretty weak citrus and hop. Good, dry finish.

On tap 4 oz. sampler at R.D.F. in Gallery Place, Washington, DC. Hazy, amber-orange with a large, creamy, off-white head and and amazing lacing. Aroma of tangerine, orange, grain and light fruit. Taste of tangerine, orange, grain and light fruit. Medium/full body and low carbonization. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
