3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bomber pours a yellowish orange color with a medium white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of orange, citrus, and pine. Tastes of all the same things in the smell with an odd sour funk in the back end that makes it wierd. I?m assuming its the blood oranges used. Mouthfeel was medium with pretty good carbonation. Overall this pretty good initially, but the sour funky bitter aftertaste you get isnt very appealing. I like the blood orange beer they brewed for the Beers of the Apocalypse series way better. I hope they tweak the recipe a bit. Definitely different from most pale ales I?ve had.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy amber appearance with an average size white head and decent lacing. Easily identifiable orange aroma prevails over other citrus scents. Restrained sweet/tart taste as notes of tropical fruit mingle with the bready malts. Medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel and a short lived finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at One. Get the orange but more sherbert like. Little maltiness, aroma is a little sweet, not so much fruit. Enjoying the sherbert element but guess that could get old in a whole pint.

On tap @ Falling Rock. Clear orange pour with a white head. Sweet orange and bready malts to this one. Some nice zesty character and a light stone fruit note. Subtle citrusy bitterness and well as a mild piney note. Just a bit of malt sweetness. Alright.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours out a cloudy orange with a durable tan head. Aromas of fruit, pine, and beery malts. The flavor is a let down, just a little juicy with a surprisingly harsh alcohol presence for and APA. Soft and frothy mouthfeel, but generally disappointing.
