This was a nice surprise of a pale ale. Aroma was nice. Just a hint of orange with sweet light malt. Pour was a nice light medium cloudy gold with a one finger white head. Taste is very full for such a small ABV. Just slightly sweet with notes of orange kept in check by the sweet juicy malt. No hops here. Decent carbonation. Nice beer

Pours amber with a white head. The aroma has a lot of citrus over a malt base. The flavor has the malt underneath with a nice holly balance. The orange comes in the after taste. Quite refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, grapefruit and mild citrus. Flavor of orange zest, citrus, grapefruit and had some earthiness with a dry finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, tiny bubbled, very well retained, off white head, with some lacing, over a very hazy, gold (SRM 5) body....nose is heavy citrus (orange in type), light cereal, minimal hop notes, no esters.....taste is citrus with grapefruit, orange, blood orange, lime (a fruit salad), minimal esters, light hop honey floral notes, finishing with a lingering bitterness....mouth feel, medium body, moderate astringency, moderate acid finish, with low carbonation. This is not an APA, it is rather a spice, herb, vegetable variant. The APA is lightly present, with the malts and hops nicely balanced. However they are both dominated, as is the yeast contributions, by the fruit additions. It is not an unpleasant beer, it just isn’t an APA. Rating above to enjoyment, with rating below to style. Bottle, picked up for $4.39 in Bozeman, MT. Hazy golden-yellow pour with a smallish white head. Spotty lacing. Nose is sweet with citrus hops and suggests the sweet citrus notes of lemonade. Good flavor from the blood oranges; a nice balance of citrus zest to the ‘fruitiness’ of the orange. This reminds me of fresh grapefruit, in addition to the blood orange. Mild, lingering bitters in the tail. I like this… I can’t believe how quick I emptied that glass. More please!

650ml brown bottle. Hazy gold with a creamy white head. Decent lacing. Nose has piney and dank hops and very zesty orange peels. Taste has grain/toasty cereal malt base, a bit toasty and moderately sweet, hops are orange peel, late bitterness. Orange peel and slightly grapefruity aftertaste. A nice citrusy pale ale.

220z Bottle. Pours looking like a standard Pale. Aroma of crisp citrusy hoips but not particularly fresh. Might be an old bottle as it was on sale and the local grocery store. Light crisp body and appropriate bitterness for a PA. A touch of bitter orange peel/pith to give it a bit of character. Decent.

Bottle from Spirits Manahawkin. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange color with a whipped topping-like head. Aroma is of of mild orange cream sickle, fresh orange peel, light grains, some mild sweetness, and a touch off citrusy bitterness. Taste is orange zest, grains, some dough, mild sweetness, and some hoppy, bitter citrus. Nice, easy drinking beer.

Medium sized, white head with fair retention and skimpy lace. Hazy, light copper, gold hued brew. nose is soft with citrus and pale malts.Body is lightly medium with a tingly little carbonation, lightly resiny and juicy. Pleasant fruitiness from the hops, little tropical and juicy with a dry, pale malt biscuity note. Dry, fruity finish, tame bite.. Enjoyable lil bugger. Bottle from statelineliquors.
