Draft at the pike street. Pours a hazy medium amber with ruby highlights. Dense creamy tan head that hangs around for a while. Nose is dark caramel malt, some nutty overtones in the middle, and then some sharp resiny bitterness. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toasty, nutty, resiny mid palate. This one’s pretty close but either I’m in the mood for something less bitter or it’s a little too far tilted that way.

@CBC-lt tan-amber. A-toasty med malt, some herbal. T-toasty/caramel med malt, herbal/resin hops.

Toasty caramel and citrus hops on the nose. A little floral slightly herbal perhaps a hint of butter on pours hazy auburn nice tan head great lace. Flavors od toasted malts caramel nice and citrusy with good bitterness. Nice red ale. Moderate carb medium bodied.
