Draught @ Elysian Field. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Malty hoppy citrus aroma. Malty fruity bitter hoppy flavor wit hints of grapefruit. Has a long bitter hopy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bomber bottle, found in Anchorage, July 9. I love IPAs, but there was something unusual about this one. Poured slightly hazy with about a 1/8" head. Nice citrus flavor with malty undertones that did not seem to balance with the hops, giving it an off taste. Still good and easy to drink. I think if I had the opportunity to drink more of it, it might grow on me. Not available where I live.

A solid IPA- I like the dark golden color and the aftertaste- not too hoppy, but a pleasant beer all around. Glad to see a hometown beer in New York! Bottle from Whole Foods Bowery.

Pours a hazy copper, with a soapy ring of white foam - aroma of dough, citrus fruits, rice flour, bread - fairly herbal and hoppy up front, but an odd flavor quickly develops that is starchy and vegetal, like potatoes and other root plants - gets sweet and a little fruity later, and the bitterness returns a bit, bringing with it a kind of coppery character - the starchy character remains underneath it all, though - gets even sweeter and honey-like in the finish - bizarre, and not entirely enjoyable.

Copper pour with frothy white head. Sweet aroma with citrus malt. Tastes of honey and grapefruit with nice piney bitter finish. Very good carbonation and viscous mouthfeel.

Bomber. Orange color with a frothy off-white head. Floral, citrus and pine hop aroma. There was a delicate honeyed sweetness in the malts, infused with a sticky, mostly citrus hop profile. Tame bitterness on the finish. Full bodied with fine carbonation. I would have preferred a bit more of a hop bite in this one, but pretty decent nonetheless.
