Hazy orange-tinted golden, frothy white head leaving scant lace. Grassy resinous hop aroma, grapefruit rind. Flavours of capsicum, grapefruit and resin. Medium bodied with a very bitter finish. A little different with the capsicum thing going on, but very nice.

It seems like an ok version of an english ipa.....not so great....and a bit lacking in hop aroma and complexity for the style....

Aroma is orange/piney hops with a fine malt too, orange/copper, small off-white head. Piney taste to start, citrus, and sone decent malt. Medium bodied, pleasant bitterness, balanced. Very good. Thank You tiggmtl and mds.

On tap, was a pretty solid interpretation of the classic IPA. Lots of bitterness on the end, with some dirt to it. Still, really liked it and would go for it again. ALthough more for it’s character than effect.

Fairly decent beer, but as I am not much of a hophead, it tasted like pure hop oils to me at times. Not the most pleasurable of tastes.

Richmond Industry Gathering 2007. Hazy amber body. Sweet caramel aroma. Light caramel flavor with a huge hop kick.

smells very sweet, maybe a little fruity. Smells astringent and hoppy. poured very fizzy and carbonated; cloudy and a dark brownish-orange color. tastes pretty sweet at first, but the hops kick in, and take the edge off. a pretty good beer, i’m happy i tried it.
