Richmond "industry" gathering, and my unintentional 1700th as I blew past that mark without even noticing during the event. Medium orange amber, light haze. Aroma was a nice blend of earth, floral, and citric hops. Flavor matched, and was an almost perfect balance of caramel malt and earth, floral, and citric hops. Very well done.

More golden than I was expecting. Clear with a large, off-white head. Nice, citrus hops, caramel, pine, floral, grapefruit, and fruity aroma. Syrupy body, carbonated body. Flavor is full of citrus and some pine notes. Caramel malts linger in the background with a sweet malts coming through fairly strong. Finish gets pretty bitter. Though I found this rather enjoyable it’s nothing exceptional. I would have it again though, and I guess thats all that matters.

Bomber. Aroma of floral hops and near caramel malts. Coppery amber color with a fairly non-existent white head. Medium body, mild carbonation. Nice floral hop with some sweet caramel malt, followed by grapefruit and pine. The finish is fairly dry and has nicely persisting grapefruit and bitter. Really good ale.

Bomber from jake65 - thanks, Jake! Sweet aroma hops, big time PNW grapefruit and lychee and faint pine with a decidedly more exotic touch: big-time mango! Touch of rubbing alcohol. Excitable brew, inches and inches of long-lasting whitish head, orange body. Taste is extremely fruity and hoppy, floral and perfumed, but the bitterness level is low and the dry aftertaste resounds with fresh-baked bread and earthy caramel. An interesting combination. Citrus is really amped. Bit of dust and white pepper. Perfect session body with a little prickling carbonation and some interesting hop/resin-based texture. A touch too sweet for volume drinking, but I’m not worried about over-scoring. A lot of flavor here, and very appealing.

Bottle. Pours a nice copper color with a small amout of head. Initial aroma is of hops and a mild amout of malt. The hoppiness and citrus tones hit the palate and are smoothed out with a twinge of maltiness. Enjoyed this beer.
