Medium gold color, small fizzy white ahead that dissapates quickly. Grapefruit and citron hop aroma. Citrus and piney hop flavors with muted malt undertones. Resinous character in the finish. Medium body, slightly dry.

a crispy and smooth, lemony and soapy brew... slightly nutty, toasty, don’t know why i want to call this a tangy copper ale.

Pours a light amber color. Big citrusy hop aroma. Big a nd blanced malt to hop flavor. Rather citrusy and a dry mouthfeel. Some hints of toasted malts. A pretty solid IPA.

Pours a light coppery color with a small white head. Smell can best be described as hops and faint pine needles. Tastes hoppy with a slight detection of pine needles and carbonation. Has a nice bite to it. An above average IPA.

Remarkably clear golden appearance. Mild honey tea aroma with lemon and grapefruit citrus. Fairly moderate palate sweet honey-ish flavor at first to grapefruit bitterness especially noticeable in the aftertaste. A reliable IPA that doesn’t challenge the greats of its style but would certainly challenge the palate of newbies.

Still and clear orange, but with an observable foam topping. Orange-soap aroma. But then comes the teeth-grinding hop crunch. Orangey, grassy and rindy. Pretty damn good. <<Draft at Humpy’s June 2009 -- still pretty damn good .. copper, laced, creamsicley .. acidic ... nice. >>
