Bottle to shaker. Pours hazy amber/orange. Two finger head, nice lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, spruce. Taste nice bitter from the hops, nice sweet balance from the grain bill. Medium body, lightly carbonated. Finishes bitter, slightly sour with lingering citrus and earthy notes. This IPA is a winner!

Very solid IPA. Pours a cloudy honey color. Nose is somewhat muted, but is typical of an IPA. Taste is some citrus with a very nice bitter hop finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear orange/red/amber colour. Fairly old bottle from the LCBO as it lack alot of tropical notes and smells more resinous and grainy than I expected. One the palate there is a faint citrus taste but I think this is an older bottle from the LCBO. I’d buy it again if I could just to see what gives!

Very piney, tropical fruit and toffee biscuit body. Not overly expressive but a solid PNWIPA.

This IPA poured nicely golden in color and a little hazy with a white, pillowy head. A nice hop aroma almost hidden in the foam, but coming through despite. Lightly bitter and very piney. I like this as a fall back. Good taste, good overall experience but not knocking my socks off.

   AROMA 9/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 9/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 17/20
UXO (414) - CANADA - APR 28, 2014
Pours a hazy medium gold with one finger of loose white head diminishing gradually to a dense cap and moderately heavy lacing. Nose is citrusy hops with faint malt background. Taste is similar and slightly spicy, with a little tropical fruit. Mouth feel is medium to heavy, with low carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. A decent and quite serviceable IPA.

Bottle from mane liquor. Golden orange pour. Nose is pine grapefruit and caramel malts. More freshness compared to the loser pale. Taste is more pine and grapefruit. Thick Carmel biscuit malts taking over. Decent enough ipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
