12 oz bottle I brought back from Seattle. Pours a lighter golden brown with a small bubbles. It has a fairly small white head. Nose is earthy bitter hops. Flavors of lightly sugared grapefruit. Nice malt backing, cereal-ish. Turns more into earthy flavors in the middle and the hop bitterness fades a little more towards the end. Nice creamy texture with a medium bitterness through the finish. I nice IPA.

22oz bottle; contract brewed by New Belgium. Hazy gold with a thick, fluffy white head. Sweet malty aroma with some grassy hops. Overall flavor is chewy malt, fruity yeast and hop bitterness with just a light spicy, fruity hop flavor. Doughy and thick feel with high carbonation. Now I’m wondering if this is better from the actual brewery, as I didn’t notice it was contract-brewed until I was examining the bottle while drinking it.
