Good not great. Flat palate. Hoppy and bitter but not much after. I would like a bit more malt Jon Harris

Sweet, light hop aroma. A solid, middle of the road IPA. Grapefruit and blossoms. Nothing to get worked up about, but a good IPA for the money.

Bottle. Nose has some nice levels of hoppiness to it, though they seems mixed and relatively nondescript to me. Taste is a little bitter, but again, nothing particularly special. OK, but whatever.

355 ml bottle @ Corner Bar and Grill Ottawa. Pours a mildly hazy dark gold with a pillowy white head. Aromas are earthy (like a fresh green bean), sweet and tangy citrus, and some subtle pine resin. A little funk after a while in the glass. Taste dominated by an assertive but not cloying dry citrus/pine bitterness at the back end balanced by the malts upfront. Smooth and creamy with a long biter finish. Nice IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Poured from a 22oz bomber. Cloudy golden color with a one finger head that leaves some lacing. Very well balanced IPA. I was expecting a hop bomb because it’s a PNW brewery but this was a pleasant surprise.

Pours deep orange golden with a creamy white head that drops quickly but laces well. Not sure if it’s supposed to be this way but there is a TON of sediment suspended in the beer (IPA with visible yeast sediment??) Aroma is nice, with orange marmalade notes backing up the west coast IPA hop character that I was expecting. Also there is a sweet maltiness that lurks in the background. Medium bodied in the palate, sweet and juicy, some tart oranges through the centre and finishing moderately dry with some citrusy hops. Not as assertively hopped as I would have expected, but it actually made a nice change from the "standard" American IPA. I could crush 2 or 3 of these on a patio somewhere.

Aroma: plenty of mango in here supported with sweet crystal malt. Tad heavy but quiet nice.7+
Look: poured with hazed amber gold. Lighter fine white top.
Taste etc: medium bodied with low carbonation. Sweet sided but not cloying. Good backing by fruity hop feel. Notes of pineapple and mango. Solid day to day choice.

Cloudy straw yellow color. A little florality in the aroma. Very well balanced with a mild earthy bitter mid palate and a finish that isn’t too lingering.

The Immortal is awesome! It pours a golden honey color with medium carbonation an a small white cap. A nice aroma of citrus fruits. The flavor is in harmony with the scent. You will taste orange and lemon rind, and lots of hoppy goodness. It is a medium body beer that goes down easy and leaves you feeling refreshed. This is exactly why I have been try Elysian's stuff. Definitely worth a shot and the price is just right. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a orange/golden colour, with a thin white foamy head. The aroma is fresh, citrus hops, orange candy, lemon peel. The flavour is a reflection of the aroma, it’s lighter on the tongue than expected, but it’s really good, light, drinkable, entertaining.

Pours hazy dark orange with almost no head. Orange citrus aroma with solid malt in the background. Light sweet, medium bitter flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation, thin-creamy texture, and a dry bitter finish. Solid.
