22 oz bottle. pours a light golden with a slight head. The nose is sweet hops. Light to medium body. Decent op taste not overpowering. More like a pale ale by West Coast/ PNW standards, comes across more like a britsh style IPA

Bottle pours a hazy golden orange with a two finger white head and massive lacing. Floral aroma with caramel malty notes. Tastes sweet and surprisingly a bit sour on the swallow, floral with a substantial malty backbone. Medium bitterness with a decent aftertaste.

On tap at brewpub. A clearish orange-reddish pale golden with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, lemon, lime and pine. Flavor is caramel, red berry, mineral and metallic. Finish is slightly metallic bitterness. Fruity. Medium to full body, weak to average carbonation.

First Elysian beer for me! It’s pretty good. Nice frothy head. Slightly hazy. Aroma is citrus, metallic. Flavor is a bit dank, citrusy, and maybe just a tiny bit metallic. Palate is sticky oily. I’d like to try others from them.
