Aug 17, 2009 Bottle from Bottle Barn. Nice copper brown with a fizzy off white head. Brassy earthy hops aroma and a deep grassy taste with a crisp clean finish. Very drinkable.

Aug 15, 2009 Pours a clear amber with a good off-white head. The aroma is of some sweet malt, caramel, and fruity hops. The taste is clean. Lots of bitterness up front, but balanced with a good amount of malt. This has pleanty of piney, fruity, caramel, and bready notes. This is a good medium-full body beer with a crisp bitter finish. This is well balanced and a very nice drinker. Well done Elysian.
