Cloudy Sediment orange. Very malty aroma. Very nice. Smooth bitterness. A different but attractive and delicious ESB.

Malty aroma, and lots of hops too. Amber, small tan head. Very hoppy start, some good malts counter, medium bodied, quite bitter. Pretty nice.

Reddish amber in color, off white head. Plenty of hops in the nose with a fair amount of toasty malt. I realize it’s a "bitter" but most aren’t this bitter and it’s actually kind of one dimensional in the flavor. A bit too dry, as well. Still, not bad. I think it should be called The Wise IPA.

Hazy amber w/ generous finger of light beige foam. Fresh , hoppy (grapefruit) nose w/ notes of toasted malt & caramel. Moderately sticky feel. Nicely balanced w/ solid malt foundation to support the bitterness. Simple but effective.

Rich amber color with nice head retention and tons of lacing. Rich looking for an ESB. Aroma is malts and hops with some bread. Taste is pretty much the same with some dough and caramel. Smooth but just too sweet.
