COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pale ale - brewed with mostly pale and Munich with smaller amounts of Crystal and Cara-hell. Bittered with Chinook and finished with Cascade and Chinook hops with an addition of powdered grapefruit peel.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2009 I added this beer, hence I am the lone rater for it. Capitol Hill Location. The aroma is full of floral and citrus notes, the grapefruit is present for sure. Some biscuity malt is noticeable too. Pours golden with a decent fluffy head. The flavor is dry and full of grapefruit and floral notes. Not bitter, but hoppy. Very dry and quenching. A really nice APA perfect for session drinking. Best beer of the day for sure after the unremarkable Reunion beer and the perfesser - which was interesting. Thanks to bvc for the ticking opportunity.
