On Tap At Elysian Fields Seattle. Pours out a cloudy gold topped with a cream white head. Aroma was of spice, wheat, and some floral notes. Taste was a little odd there was the malt and grain. But some vinegar and garlic almost.

Guest beer on draught at the regular Elysian 1221 E. Pike Street brewery in Seattle, Washington. Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a fast dissolving white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of powdered multi-grain malt, some orange zest, and a touch of flowery hops. Taste is slightly fruity, light to medium bodied, with flavors of wheat, roasted nuts, orange zest and a touch of lemon. Finish is semi-dry, lightly fruity with a mild and light bitterness.

Not a big fan of hefeweizens, but this "American Wheat Beer" was rather tasty. Much more of a bitter bite in comparison to its German counterpart. Not much of a smell (possibly due to congestion on my part).

Draft at the Elysian Fields brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a medium, rocky off-white head. Plenty of lace. Nice fresh, floral, lightly soured wheat nose. Medium body, lightly tingly, lemony attack. Clean bready mid-palate with some lemon that carries through to the finish. Delicious.
