Hazy golden color/ fleeting white head. Tart citrusy wheat, lactic aromas with sour dough bread. Medium body with light co2. Nice tart pale wheat, bready sour dough, mild lactic flavors--good

They told me that they put raspberry syrup in this, but the effect wasn’t that noticeable. It starts out with the clear sourness that I expected but it had an underlying weak body and structure of flavors, so it quickly vanished. O.k., and it’s nice to see this style being brewed. (on tap at brewpub)

Murky golden color, a few white bubbles. Grainy nose with a hint of lemon and sour milk. Bubbly light body, grainy and sweet flavors with a lemon tartness and more of that sour milk flavor in the background, reminiscent of whey. While this didn’t taste as unpleasant as it sounds, this didn’t really click with me.

Soft wheat malt nose, a hint of cereal grain, perhaps light banana sweetness, lemon tartness is very light. Pours hazy light yellow, thinnish head. The flavor is lightly tart and lemony, a hint of sweetness, light banana and yeast, clean light tart finish Super light, decently carbonated. Not unpleasant.

Draft at pike street. Pours a murky pale gold with a surging fizzy white head that fades quickly away to not much. Pleasant mild lemony nose. Watery medium body with understated carb. Mild sugary lemon mid palate with a faint finish. Clean and drinkable but not a lot happening.

Tap @ Boulder SourFest. Cloudy whitish yellow appearance with a white head. Bready wheat nose. Slightly watery, slightly sour, light wheat flavor. Not very good.

Draught Fully hazy yellow; slightest rim. Breakfast grain prepared with soured milk for nose. Taste are "health cookies, whole grain dry toast. Light MF, just the grain giving texture. This has as much to do with Berliner Weisse as me with J.F. Kennedy. Sorry guys, needs to be reworked sorely.
