Medium amber, moderate head, some spicey and herby notes in the aroma. Where’s the Yuzu? I’m just gonna go with the idea that I dunno what Yuzu tastes like because I didn’t really recognize anything different about this saison. The lager-like characteristics made this a smooth sipper with notes of black pepper and spicey celery with grapefruit pith. Not bad.

A nice spicy floral aroma. Oh this is good. Light spicy, somewhat hoppy for a saison. An excellent beer, with fruit characters as well.

Nose is lightly spicy with hints of gum, yeast notes, and lightly tart fruity notes (yuzu juice I am assuming. Pours hazy golden brown, thin head, light lace. Fruity tart flavors accompany with light yeasty spice, gum, all with a dry and moderately quenching finish. The fruity notes were athe forefront of this one, a showcase for the yuzu juice... interesting.
